Job Summary/ Main Purpose Team Leader -Communication will be part of a small, close-knit, collaborative, and fast-paced team, responsible for a range of projects internal and external communication, company brand building, CSR activities etc., The role holder works very closely with departmental stakeholders in order to form a communications strategy that promotes a specific brand, minimizes discrepancies with an organization's identity. Responsible to generates internal and external support as Julphar embarks on the delivery of an ambitious change and digital transformation program across the organization. Should be a self-starting, emotionally intelligent professional with a positive, pragmatic outlook, good judgement and a clear focus on results. Excellent copy writing and social media management skills in both Arabic and English is a critical success factor for this role. Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
Working closely with the department head, responsible to drive, redeploy and implement ?Julphar internal & external communication strategies and it core
Ensuring the website, intranet and social media are regularly updated with engaging, relevant content.
Generating, editing, publishing and sharing highly engaging multimedia content that builds meaningful connections and encourages interactions.
Developing and maintaining close relationships with Arabic and English speaking journalists in the region.
Where needed, partnering with other departments to drive and execute internal/external programs and initiatives.
Finding opportunities to develop content for internal audiences that align with Julphar? s Business Strategy such as internal stories, interviews and videos.
