Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to
travel to supplier locations worldwide
andoversee the loading of goods
(such as chicken feet, sugar, metals, etc.). You will ensure that theright product, quantity, and quality
are loaded as per the contract and thatall necessary shipment documents
are prepared and signed correctly.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise loading of cargo at warehouses, ports, or supplier sites Check that the
product, grade, quality, and quantity
match the order Take photos/videos during loading and seal containers if needed Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and inspection agencies Collect and prepare key shipping documents (Packing List, Bill of Lading instructions, etc.) Share loading updates and reports with the head office Travel internationally on short notice based on shipmentsRequirements:
Experience in commodity trade, logistics, or export documentation preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues on-site Excellent communication and coordination skills Must be
ready to travel globally
frequently Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus Must have a valid passportJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:
Master's (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
* 75% (Preferred)
