We are looking for a

Commissioning Site Leader

with the following details

Service Location : Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, UAE



Scheme : Resident



Start Date : August 2025



Duration : 24 Months, extendable



Qualifications/Experience required

Qualification: Engineer Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects activities and familiar with typical onshore installation. Previous experience in projects involving HP compressors, Acid Gas Removal Units, Gas Dehydration and NGL Extration and Fractionation is a plus. Good ability to organize and manage a team and coordinate his activities and responsibilities with other entities/stakeholders of the Project (Packages Managers, Construction, Vendors, other Commissioning entities and Field Operations team) Knowledge in Commissioning methodology (OPERCOM(TM)) and his application software (ICAPS) are mandatory. Experience working in a client role interfacing with EPC/EPSCC contractors. Language: fluency in English is mandatory.
Job Dimensions

Support the Commissioning Manager in organizing and preparing the PROJECT commissioning activities during the preparation phase, overseeing a team of 7 leaders. Coordinate and lead the supervision of GPP Commissioning activities performed by Contractor and vendors, supporting and integrating the GPP teams, during the execution phase managing a team of 22 persons (leaders and supervisors) Responsible for the overall safety of Commissioning activities. * Promote integration with Construction, Pre-commissioning and Field Operations teams with a One Team spirit.
