We are looking for a

Commissioning ICSS Leader

with the following details :

Location : UAE



Work Status : Residential



Duration : 24 months, subject for extension



Start date : Sep 2025



Qualifications/Experience required



Qualification: Engineer Professional Experience: 10+ years in Oil & Gas projects with a focus on ICSS commissioning Experience with major ICSS vendors (Schneider Tricon and I/A Series is a plus) Familiarity with OPERCOM(TM) and ICAPS is highly appreciated Experience in Functional Analysis preparation and review. Strong background in SIF and Cybersecurity testing Language: fluency in English is mandatory.

Job Dimensions



Responsible for the preparation and execution of commissioning activities for all ICSS systems (including ESD, F&G, SCADA, HIPS, and PLCs) across the GMP scope. Interface with COMPANY and EPSCC contractor teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant commissioning of ICSS systems. Supervise and coordinate the work of the Commissioning Packages PLC Supervisor. Ensure integration of ICSS systems across PROJECT and Pipelines, including interface testing and inter-trip logic validation. Support the Completion Coordinator in ICAPS population, punch list resolution, and system handover readiness. * Promote integration with Construction, Pre-commissioning and Field Operations teams with a One Team spirit.
