Lead and manage the commissioning team across offshore projects. Develop and implement commissioning procedures and schedules. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure readiness. Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all phases. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to resolve commissioning challenges. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and handover packages. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 18 years of commissioning experience in the oil and gas industry. Strong offshore experience, including platforms, FPSOs, or subsea systems. Excellent understanding of commissioning processes, systems integration, and start-up. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) required or preferred. Additional Details
