Job Description
ISS International SpA is looking for a
Commissioning Manager for a VCM & PVC Plant
in Abu Dhabi, UAEActivity will be based in EPC Main Contractor in Abu Dhabi office, supporting pre-commissioning, mechanical completion (MC), commissioning, test run, and start-up preparation activities during the engineering and readiness phases.
His/Her role will include assisting the Process Department in reviewing FEED documentation - such as P&IDs and associated deliverables - as well as procedures and documentation related to commissioning and start-up.
Requirements
:At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries (Upstream, Refinery, Petrochemical, etc.)*
At least 5 years as commissioning manager in petrochemical projects, including at least one VCM and PVC plant project*
English professional*

Location: Abu Dhabi City, UAE Estimated Start Date: February 2026 Duration: 18 months, with possible extension * Working Schedule: 10 hours per day / 6 days per week
