Job Description

We are looking for a Commissioning Instrumentation Lead for one of our clients with the following details:
Start: Nov 2025
Location: Dubai, UAE with mission in IRAQ whenever required
Duration: 24 months, extendable
Work Scheme: Residential, 5 days per week
Qualifications/Experience required

• Qualification: Engineer Professional Experience:
• 10+ years in Oil & Gas projects with a strong background on Instrumentation commissioning
• Experience with metering/custody transfer equipment.
• Familiarity with OPERCOM(TM) and ICAPS is highly appreciated
• Background in Functional Analysis and SIF testing.
• Wide discipline technological knowledge from pneumatic/hydraulic to new WiFi technologies
• Language: fluency in English is mandatory.

Job Dimensions

• Responsible for the preparation and execution of commissioning activities for all Instrumentation, including Analysers and Metering across the PROJECT scope.
• Interface with COMPANY and EPSCC contractor teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant commissioning of all instrumentation.
• Supervise and coordinate commissioning assistance from company vendor packages to match EPSCC contractor's activities.
• Ensure instrumentation integration with ICSS systems across GPP and Pipelines, including interface testing, HART diagnostics and inter-trip logic validation.
• Support the Completion Coordinator in ICAPS population, punch list resolution, and system handover readiness.
• Promote integration with Construction, Pre-commissioning and Field Operations teams with a One Team spirit.
