Job Description

We are looking for a

Commissioning Engineer

with expertise in the

Marine Industry

to oversee and execute the testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of shipboard systems. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment meets operational and regulatory requirements before final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the commissioning of

marine electrical, mechanical, and automation systems

. Conduct

pre-commissioning checks, functional tests, and system validation

. Identify and troubleshoot

electrical, hydraulic, and propulsion system

issues. Work closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful integration. Ensure

compliance

with

classification society regulations (ABS, DNV, Lloyd's)

and

IMO standards

. Prepare

technical documentation

, test reports, and commissioning procedures. Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Train vessel crew and operators on system functionalities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

Experience:

Commissioning Engineering: 5 years (Required) Power Plant Exp.: 5 years (Required) Marine/Shipbuilding/Offshore: 5 years (Required)
