For more information, visit Worley.com Specific Accountabilities . Review the scope of construction and identify any possible anomalies during construction. . Input commissioning expertise into the design process. . Monitor the HSE performance of all commissioning contractors in the area (against the Departmental, Project or Contract HSE Plan) and to ensure that all work sites under his control are operating in a safe manner. . Sign (within the limits of assigned Technical Authority) the test pack acceptance after completion of construction as part of the WinPCS Tracking System. . Plan for station or part of station start-up and shutdown with Operations. . Review marked-up as built drawings (PEFS) of the completed construction before commissioning and handover to Operations. Highlight any deviations from the original design to the Head of Construction. . Manage Vendors field or specialist commissioning engineers. . Ensure discipline personnel consistently work within the Quality Management System. . Provides early notice of, and work with the project management team to resolve, any impediments to the engineering process. . Encourage intra-discipline and inter-discipline communication, to facilitate effective project collaboration. In particular, establish good communications with the project management team. . Able to deal professionally, fairly and ethically with third parties such as vendors and contractors with due regard to commercial and contractual responsibilities. . Promote the understanding and application of risk management techniques within the discipline. . Monitor the installation progress against the schedule and ensure that any required commissioning activities are planned and scheduled appropriately. . Prepare and issue commissioning work packs in a timely manner for offshore and discipline review, as per the planned schedule. . Monitor the preparation and handover of other operations deliverables such as training, POPMs and SAP updates to meet the commissioning schedule. . Resources required for commissioning such as consumables, spares and vendors to meet the commissioning schedule. . Manage site precommissioning, commissioning and performance testing of system (s). . Closeout of the commissioning documentation including punchlist, ITP and handover certificates. . Monitor the performance of the system after handover until full asset acceptance . Provide technical Input into commissioning work packs within discipline. Feed back from team members and quality of commissioning work packs. . Provide mentoring for commissioning team members, where required and as nominated by the Commissioning Team Leader. . Compliance with project HSE and Quality management plans - All assigned actions completed before due date or ASAP. . Where requested carry out Peer audits and reviews of commissioning activities and procedures. . Manage offshore pre-commissioning, commissioning and performance testing of system (s).

Qualifications - Internal

Essential Skills/Experience . Degree in an engineering discipline (B.Sc.) 10 years post graduation experience. . Minimum of 15 years on site commissioning experience. Minimum of 10 years involving oil & gas facilities, pipelines.
