Job summary/Role description

He reports to the Construction Manager and will take responsibility for the coordination of the Construction Electrical Supervisors in their own area.

Duties and responsibilities

He has direct responsibility on management of the Electrical Subcontract(s). He will ensure that the performance of the subcontractor(s) is carefully monitored in term of schedule, quality and cost and will coordinate the necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule or specifications. He ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards. He directly participates to the HSE activities at Site for his position in the HSE plan and related procedure.

Person Specification

Knowledge & Qualifications

University Degree or Diploma in Electrical discipline or equivalent

Experience

Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or xl gas plants. Covered a similar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size. A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience working on the Contractor side.

Skills and Abilities

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, management skills. Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
