Job Description

One of our esteemed clients in Qatar's premium hospitality and dining sector is seeking Commis Chefs to join their culinary team for a Prestigious event. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working with a leading brand renowned for its culinary excellence and luxury guest service.

Start Date: Tuesday, 24th November 2025
End Date: Sunday, 30th November 2025
Contract Duration: 7 Days
Location: Al Maha Island, Lusail
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day (Including Lunch Break)
Hourly Rate: QAR 15 / Hour

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior chefs in food preparation and plating during events Follow kitchen procedures and maintain consistency in food quality Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Support the culinary team in delivering smooth and efficient service Ensure all food items are prepared according to event specifications and quality standards Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times Work collaboratively with chefs, service staff, and event coordinators to ensure seamless event operations
Requirements:

Previous experience as a

Commis

,

Kitchen Assistant

, or similar role in hospitality or event catering Knowledge of

basic food preparation techniques

and

kitchen hygiene practices

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong communication skills Must be available for the full 7-day contract period Professional appearance, well-groomed Uniform Provided by Company
