Your day to day
At the moment we're looking for a Commis II to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at InterContinental Fujairah Resort.
As a Commis II, you will assist in the smooth running of the hotel kitchen by preparing and presenting food to a high standard and maintaining hygiene practices. You will follow brand standard food specifications with a high level of performance and presentation and will ensure minimum food wastage in the kitchen. You will be supporting the team. You will be required to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery is maintained at all times.
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
-Meeting with HACCP requirements
-Preparing food orders as per required standard
-High school certificate or equal level of education
-One year experience as a Cook in a five star hotel
-Good command of the English language
