Commis I - Kitchen
Job Summary:
The Commis I is an entry-level chef who has gained some foundational experience and is now focused on developing their skills and efficiency. They work under the guidance of the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie, taking on more responsibility than a Commis II. The primary goal is to master the basic tasks of a specific section and begin to understand the flow of service.
