Key Responsibilities:
Clean, scale, fillet, and portion fresh fish and seafood
Assist senior chefs with mise en place and service preparation
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance
Keep the fish butchery section clean and well-organized
Minimize wastage and report quality issues promptly
Requirements
:
Previous experience in fish butchery or seafood preparation preferred
Basic knowledge of different fish types and cuts
Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
Immediate joiners preferred
