Assist in preparing and baking pastries, tarts, cakes, desserts, and breads following specific recipes.
Prepare all necessary ingredients and station setups for daily production and service.
Monitor food quality and consistency, ensuring that all items meet the expected culinary standards and presentations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, ensuring all food items are properly stored, labeled, and dated.
Assist in managing, receiving, and organizing ingredient deliveries, along with monitoring stock levels for daily operations.
Support the Chef de Partie or Head Pastry Chef in daily operations and work collaboratively within the kitchen team.
