Stock and prepare your assigned station daily with ingredients and supplies
Execute recipes accurately, ensuring quality, portion control, and minimal waste
Adhere strictly to HACCP and hotel hygiene standards at all times
Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow all safety protocols
Assist in mise-en-place preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Promptly report hazards or faulty equipment to supervisors
Attend all required briefings, meetings, and training sessions
Support the culinary team during busy service hours and maintain teamwork
Uphold Mxc3xb6venpick and Accor's food safety, service, and presentation standards
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary diploma is preferred
1 to 2 years' experience in a high-volume kitchen or full-service hotel
Knowledge of basic cooking methods and strong food preparation skills
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to operate standard kitchen appliances and handle pressure
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends
Passion for culinary arts and a strong desire to grow professionally
