Prepares and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare and cook special meals for Members and Guests as instructed by Chef
Helps in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Hot Kitchen Section
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Follow the Club's policies and procedures and adhere to the grooming policies
Other duties as required
