Summary of profile
An ideal candidate for the above role needs to be passionate about their role and genuinely be excited to work in the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section. Assisting sous chef in maintaining high food quality standards
Responsibilities:
Prepare mise en place and food preparation in the kitchen. Continually develop culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals. Measure, mix, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings. Adhere to sanitation policies. Communicate clearly and effectively in a kitchen environment. Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
Work experience
Preferably at least 1 years of uae experience as a commis in dubai
Essential skills, abilities & competencies required.
Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations Fluent in english is a must Team player Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time. Must be able to work under pressure.
