Your daily responsibilities include preparing ingredients, maintaining hygiene, organizing your workstation, and supporting kitchen efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Commis 1 and senior chefs in food preparation and basic cooking
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, and mise en place according to standard recipes
• Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas
• Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times
• Attend daily kitchen briefings and report equipment issues
• Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and compliance with SOPs

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional kitchens, preferably within a 5-star hotel
• Familiar with a range of kitchen operations and global cuisines
• Strong focus on food presentation and quality
• Adaptable and culturally aware in a diverse kitchen environment
