Job Description
We are looking for a Commis II - Continental & Chinese Chef who must have 1-2 years of experience in the same field to join our team and prepare lip-smacking dishes for our customers. If you have experience with great and advanced cooking techniques, we would like to meet you! Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with sanitation regulations as per municipality.
- Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery, etc
- Cook food in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen.
- Experiment with new recipes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations!
- Modify recipes to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and request requirements:
- Must have excellent skills in Hospitality.
- Good communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-tasking.
- Leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge of culinary
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
