SALARIES AND BENEFITS

Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, marinating, portioning) Assist in mise en place for daily service Prepare basic sauces, stocks, and garnishes Assisting to set up the buffet Assisting guests with their requirements and food preferences. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standard Follow food safety and hygiene rules (HACCP)
Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate inCulinary Arts / Hotel Management
(preferred) Basic knowledge of Russian Language is preferred to assist the guests. Basic knowledge offood preparation and cooking techniques
* Prior experience asCommis 2 or Kitchen Assistant
is an advantage
