Responsibilities:Implementation of day-to-day activities in assigned section for preparation of food items to outlets and functions to improve productivity and quality.Supports Demi Chef De partie of the sectionTo ensure achievement of financial objectives of the Section.Ensures cost control and cost reduction measures on continuous basis.To achieve maximum utilization of material, equipment and staff for quality of food.Maintain professional relationship with guests to ensure a prompt and good standard of service.To maintain good morale, teamwork and communication within the team.To participate in ensuring maximization of productivity.Implement duties in line with the Quality standards, Security and Health & Safety and Dubai Municipality requirementsRequired SkillsGood knife skills and cutting precisionExperience in salads, dressings, and cold startersBasic knowledge of terrines, pates, and cold saucesFamiliar with cold food plating and presentationUnderstands food safety and hygiene (HACCP)Keeps station clean and well-organizedAbility to follow recipes and instructions accuratelyWorks well under pressure and in a teamShows initiative and willingness to learnPunctual, disciplined, and well-groomed
