About the Role
As a Commis II - Garde Manger, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, supporting the Cold Kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Cold Kitchen section.
• Prepare and present cold dishes with precision and consistency.
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational.

About You

• Certified in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
• Experienced in luxury hotel kitchens or banquet operations.
• Passionate about food, with a creative flair and strong attention to detail.
• Communicates effectively in English and works well in a team environment
