We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cold Kitchen / Cold Food Preparation Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality cold items such as salads, sandwiches, and starters, ensuring freshness, flavor, and visual appeal. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent knowledge of food safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble a variety of cold dishes, including salads, sandwiches, and starters, according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Maintain the freshness and quality of all cold food items, ensuring they meet safety and hygiene standards.

Assist in ingredient preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning.

Present cold items attractively, adhering to plating and presentation guidelines.

Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or expired items.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and high-quality output.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold preparation area.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold kitchen or similar role preferred.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
