Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items in a specific section (hot & cold .)
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes, quality standards, and hygiene regulations
Work efficiently under the guidance of senior chefs to learn and improve skills
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, kitchen equipment, and utensils
Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste
Participate in training and development opportunities as directed by the kitchen management
Qualifications & Skills:
1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication and time management skills
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards

Pay: BD200.000 - BD250.000 per month
