Must be able to relieve Chef-de-partie in a section allocated.
Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.
Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.
Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.
Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
Set up and stocking the station with all the necessary supplier.
Prepare all the misn-en-place required for the operations.
Follow the recipe provided by the company to prepare the menu items.
Ensure the quality of food and the workplace as per the standards of the company.
Should work as per the duty timing assigned.
Should be well groomed and follow the Hygiene standards as per the law.
Follow the instruction given by the senior team member.
To remove any hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipment and report any problems to a senior chef
To comply with any reasonable request from your superiors
To assist on other sections or help with other duties when the kitchen is short staffed, in emergencies, and/or when number of covers require.
To adhere to company procedures in regards to temperature checks, food labeling and dating, cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations at all times ensuring that all records of such are maintained

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
