Responsibilities: As a Commi I for Breakfast at BM Hotels and Resorts, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, including hot and cold items.
- Following the established recipes and presentation standards.

- Assisting with food inventory management and stock control.

- Proven experience as a Commi I or similar role.
