We are hiring urgently for the below job role for a leading chain Chocolate Boutique & Cafe's in KSA.

Job Role - Commi I (Bakery/Pastry)

Job Location - KSA

Roles & Responsibilities - Execute the cleanliness, sanitation, labelling and FIFO to the assigned section in line with the kitchen quality standards. Execute the assigned cooking tasks to support the section chef in preparing the menu items. Responsible for the sanitation, cleanliness,hygiene and maintenance of the section in line with the highest standards. Maintain the equipment and the utensils and ensure the cleanliness of the equipment at all times. Consistently clean the assigned section to ensure proper application of the HACCP regulations. Label the items as per the approved list provided by the section chef and in line with food safety guidelines. Apply the FIFO (first in first out) to the items of the assigned section. Assisting in the food preparation process. Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes. Prepare, cook and serve food, while maintaining the highest possible quality and meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef. Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers. Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. Must be a very positive, dynamic, creative and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Requirements - Candidate must have relevant experience with leading Cafe's, fine dine restaurants, 5 star hotels. Must have Diploma / Degree from hospitality or culinary school or academy. Should have good communication skills Previous exp. with GCC countries in similar role will be an added advantage. Age must be minimum 25 to 32 years.

Salary - SAR 2500
