Use your expertise to season and flavour the meat to perfection, adhering to the restaurant's established recipes.
2.Operate and manage the shawarma grill or rotisserie, ensuring the meat is cooked evenly and to the desired level of
doneness.
3.Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.
4.Assemble shawarma or plates with attention to detail and presentation.
Garnish shawarmas attractively, enhancing their visual appeal.
5.Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the taste, texture, and consistency of shawarma dishes.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
