Food Preparation & Cooking
Assist in the preparation of Italian and Mediterranean dishes according to recipes and standards
Prepare ingredients (cutting, marinating, sauces, basic cooking) as instructed by senior chefs
Support live service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
Kitchen Operations
Follow kitchen SOPs, portion control, and plating guidelines
Ensure all food is prepared fresh and presented consistently
Assist in stock rotation, labeling, and basic inventory control
Hygiene & Safety
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times
Follow HACCP, Dubai Municipality, and restaurant hygiene regulations
Clean workstations, equipment, and storage areas during and after shifts
Team Support
Work closely with the Head Chef and CDP during service
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Be flexible to support different sections as required
