Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation and cooking of hot dishes (meats, sauces, vegetables, soups, pasta, rice, etc.)
Following recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
Ensuring correct cooking techniques, timings, and temperatures.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workstation.
Learning kitchen procedures, knife skills, and safety standards.
Helping with mise en place (preparation before service).
Checking quality and freshness of ingredients before cooking.
Skills Needed:
Basic knowledge of hot kitchen cooking methods (grilling, frying, sauteing, boiling, roasting, steaming).
Good knife skills and preparation techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork and willingness to learn from senior chefs.
Hygiene and food safety awareness.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,100.00 per month
