Job Description

Role: Commi Chef - Cold kitchen

Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE

Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, and appetizers with precision. Ensure freshness and quality of all ingredients used in cold preparations. Maintain proper storage and labeling of chilled food items. Assist in menu planning and developing new cold dishes. Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area. Monitor stock levels and report shortages. Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen service.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
