Job Description
The Commis 1 - Cold Kitchen assists in preparing salads, sandwiches, canapes, and other cold dishes while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cold dishes as per menu and recipe standards. Maintain portion control, freshness, and visual presentation. Ensure food items are properly labeled and stored. Follow all food hygiene and safety procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section. Assist senior chefs in food preparation and plating.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cold kitchen operations. Strong knowledge of cold food preparation and plating. Good teamwork and communication skills.
