Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities



Ideally, have experience working with Japanese ingredients Prepare all bakery products according to the standard guidelines and instructions provided by the Head Baker Operate ovens, grills, and baking equipment safely while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace Prepare items based on production demands and requisitions Deliver professional, friendly, and proactive service while supporting teammates Actively contribute ideas, suggestions, and feedback during shift briefings Maintain proper product rotation in all chillers to reduce waste and spoilage Possess full knowledge of all menu items and recipes Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of work areas, utensils, and equipment Follow all kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines in handling food and beverages Follow safety procedures to avoid burns or injuries when operating equipment
