Prepare and cook Italian dishes with consistency and authentic presentation.
Ensure quality, taste, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Supervise and guide commis chefs and junior staff in the section.
Coordinate with Sous Chef for daily kitchen operations.
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering Italian-specific ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety as per HACCP and municipal standards.
Contribute to menu planning with new Italian dish ideas and seasonal items.
Handle kitchen equipment with care, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
Work collaboratively with other sections to ensure smooth kitchen flow.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
