Expat or Bahraini candidate. Bahraini Salary will be subject to Certificates. 1.Responsible for staff uniform appearance and personal hygiene in his section. 2. Ensures that all kitchen equipment in working area is economically maintained and the working area is at all times clean and to the satisfaction of the Chef de Partie. 3. Prepares and assists in taking inventories whenever required. 4. Has knowledge of names and composition of the main dishes characteristic of various countries. 5. Is able to use kitchen equipment and supervise its use by other staff members. 6. Has knowledge of hygiene and safety standards and regulations pertaining to work in the kitchen and of the necessary precautions to be taken. 7. Has knowledge of convenience - including frozen foodstuffs, when and where applicable. 8. Ensures that he has a sound knowledge of the work of other departments as required for his own work. 9. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards to the highest level in our kitchens. 10. To have a good knowledge of all facilities of the property. 11. To maintain at all times the highest standard of personal hygiene, appearance and social skills. 12. To work in harmony with all staff and departments in the hotel. 13. To attend and be attentive to training as and when required. 14. To be familiar with the staff handbook and adhere to fire and safety procedures. 15. To perform any other duties as directed by his immediate supervisor. To be available to work overtime when requested. Job Type: Full-time Salary: BD175.000 - BD180.000 per month
