Assisting with valuation report writing and forming templates for ongoing valuation instructions
Collecting comparable evidence and maintaining relevant trackers
Research of market data and upkeep of reporting formats to a good standard
Assisting in the preparation of customer RFPs when required
Preparing terms of engagements/valuation fee quotations if needed
Assisting with organizing valuer inspections and coordination of data
Assisting with targeting new clients and business development
Manage digital filing of soft copies for the Commercial Valuations team
Manage daily data entry in our in-house valuation trackers
Assist with any Ad-hoc requests within the team
Provide back-end support to the Directors of Dubai Valuations team
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and team members
Attention to detail and proactive
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and to have a proactive, positive approach
Good organization skills, ability to multitask
High level of computer literacy skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
