Analysis and preparation of reports, KPIs and market/sales data
Participation in strategic projects in the area of Commercial Operations
Structuring and tracking of processes and projects
Organization and support of workshops and internal training courses
Close collaboration with the VP Sales EMEA and his management team
Interface management with internal and external stakeholders
Coordination of appointments, meetings, travel and events
Preparation of presentations, minutes and decision-making documents

Job Requirements
Completed economics studies or comparable commercial training
Initial professional experience in a role with an analytical and strategic focus, ideally in a sales environment
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of initiative
Strong communication skills and strong teamwork skills
