Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Specialist / Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Commercial Specialist / Manager will be responsible for overseeing business planning and commercial management activities, managing team operations, and handling contract management. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage client accounts, contracts, and negotiations. Identify new business opportunities within the marine and offshore industry. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and analyze reports on market trends, pricing, and competition.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a

commercial role within the marine industry

. Strong knowledge of marine operations, contracts, and industry standards. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to build strong client relationships and drive long-term partnerships. Bachelor's degree in business, Marine Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
