The Commercial Specialist role is to drive sales with the Food Services customers driven by laser sharp focus behind out of home channels (Hotels, Restaurants, Petrol Stations, Catering, Airlines and Workplace). This will be achieved by ensuring new customer acquisition augmented by strengthening the weighted basket size enabled through retaining the existing customer base.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Constantly reviews the Foodservice industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within the Food Services industry
• Responsible for organising your own schedule, completing deadlines, and making effective use of internal information and databases.
• Analyse the performance KPIs throughout the year and reacts accordingly to achieve the year-end target.
• Engage with the distributor sales team/ Key accounts to develop new business opportunities.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

• Up to 3 years of experience in FMCG Industry
• Commercially strong \xe2\x80\x93 with good analytical skills
• Hands on experience of sales function, preferably food services environment
• Must have excellent communication skills (credible influencing & persuasion)
• Build internal & external winning relationships
• Negotiations skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• UAE driving license is a must
