Commission-Based Commercial Real Estate Agents

to handle offices, retail shops, warehouses, full floors, buildings, and investment properties across Dubai.

on company-generated leads

70% commission

on self-generated leads

70% on commercial off-plan / project deals (if client is yours)

Role & Responsibilities

Generate and manage commercial leads (tenants, buyers, landlords) Conduct viewings for retail, office, warehouse, and industrial properties Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, ROI, and investment yields Prepare commercial proposals, tenancy offers, and term sheets Maintain updated knowledge of zoning, DED approvals, and landlord rules List and market commercial properties on major portals Negotiate and close commercial deals professionally Maintain CRM follow-ups and client records

Requirements

Experience in commercial real estate is

preferred

, but training is provided Strong negotiation & communication skills Knowledge of commercial leasing rules (fit-out, approvals, NOCs, permits) is an advantage Must be target-oriented and self-driven UAE visa required (freelancers welcome) Driving license is a plus

Earnings

This position is

100% commission-based

depending on performance.
