About your Role: Responsible to perform Sales and Marketing Finance responsibilities in regard to commercial calculations/risk exposures within the Bid-and Acquisition phase. High impact on Business Results and Zero Non-Conformance Costs. Responsible for commercial and contractual requirements of the Sales Orders, terms and conditions, accounting rules, payment plans, taxation, contract and claim management, financial forecasting, and risk management for Libya.   • Supporting Client Managers on contract negotiations, terms & conditions, letter of credit, calculations, and related commercial requirements.
  • Signing of Quotations, Order Confirmations and Purchase Orders within Signature Mandate levels
  • Managing and coordinating approvals via LOA@ Siemens Energy Tool, raising awareness and ensuring process guidelines are followed, relevant personnel are trained and certified; approving accesses to the tool; providing updates on guideline changes; participate on Co-Ordinator conferencing and training.
  • Responsibility for profit calculations for offers, owns EA sheets for this purpose.
  • Support to Contract Management with regards to Framework agreements and LTPs.
  • Coordinate / prepare presentations for various reviews and analytics.
  • Driving the Risk-and Opportunity Management during Bid-stage along with the Client Manager and assigned Project Manager.
  • Monitor and maintain credit limits for Libya customers.
  • Drive digitalization
  • Handle other Business Unit specific requests.
  • Job requires ability of dealing with complex business issues that arise frequently. A sense of urgency and the ability to solve problems in a high-paced environment is critical.
What You Bring
  • Business Administration/ Finance qualification
  • Proficient in IFRS accounting standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Service Business experience is an asset.
  • Sales and Marketing FIN experience for min 2-3 years,
  • High proficiency level in offer calculations, concurrent calculations as well as IFRS and US-GAAP requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starting and assertive
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft package (Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team.
