Job Summary:



Floorworld LLC, the largest flooring company in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced and visionary

Commercial Sales Director

to lead our sales and business development initiatives. This pivotal role will involve driving revenue growth, setting strategic direction, and managing a high-performing team. The successful candidate will excel in client negotiations, market analysis, and leveraging CRM tools to optimize sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Team Leadership and Development:



o Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

o Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team capabilities.

2. Strategic Growth Planning:



o Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.

o Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the company's client base and product reach.

o Align sales initiatives with overall business goals and market trends.

3. Client Engagement and Negotiation:



o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including developers, architects, and designers.

o Lead high-level negotiations to secure large-scale contracts and long-term partnerships.

o Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

4. Market Analysis and Pricing:



o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to inform sales strategies.

o Develop and manage pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.

o Provide data-driven recommendations for product positioning and market entry strategies.

5. CRM and Reporting:



o Ensure accurate and up-to-date use of the company's CRM system to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.

o Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

o Prepare detailed monthly sales reports, including performance metrics, market insights, and forecasts, for senior management.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:



o Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure cohesive execution of projects.

o Represent the sales department in leadership meetings and contribute to companywide decision-making.

7. Operational Excellence:



o Oversee the preparation and execution of client proposals, presentations, and contracts.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

o Monitor sales budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications and Skills:



o Education:



o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

o Experience:



o Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

o Proven success in managing teams and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.

o Technical Skills:



o Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software.

o Advanced knowledge of market analysis techniques and pricing strategies. o Soft Skills:

o Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

o Strategic thinker with a focus on results and relationship-building.

o Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
