Knowledge, skills & experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Professional real estate certification desired.
5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with at least 3 years in retail properties.
Expertise in commercial real estate leasing, particularly retail properties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
Knowledge of leasing laws and industry best practices.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical skills for market data interpretation and strategic planning.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
