Key Responsibilities:
Handle leasing and sales of commercial properties (offices, retail, warehouses, etc.)
Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Maintain accurate records on CRM and follow company processes
Build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in
commercial real estate
in Dubai
Strong understanding of the Dubai commercial property market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
RERA certification is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
