Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent specialised in Commercial properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice Match clients with suitable properties and organise property viewings Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals

Requirements
