Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and warehouse landlord/managers, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to develop specific solutions for them.
Regularly follow up with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
Develop account strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver the specialized advertisements and improve visibility in the market.
Provide feedback to the corresponding directors to support further strategic planning.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status.
Generate reports and analyze data to track performance against goals and objectives.
Use insights to inform decision-making and optimize client management strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial client management, account management, or sales.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and landlords/managers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively without much instruction.
