We are looking for a skilled Commercial Real Estate Agent to manage and execute the sale and leasing of commercial properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial real estate, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing property listings, conducting market research, and ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new listings for commercial properties (offices, warehouses, retail spaces, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a robust network of clients, including property owners, investors, and businesses seeking commercial spaces.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competition.
- Prepare and present property proposals, including detailed market analysis and financial projections.
- Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through various channels (online platforms, social media, print media, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.
