Commercial Property Consultant
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
commercial real estate sales
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and developers.
You will be responsible for promoting, negotiating, and closing deals on commercial properties such as offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a wide range of
commercial properties
to local and international clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and investment trends.
Handle client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
Prepare and deliver professional property presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate prices and terms to close successful sales deals.
Maintain accurate client and transaction records using CRM tools.
Achieve assigned
monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales
, preferably in
commercial properties
.
Strong knowledge of
Dubai's property market
and real estate laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
