You will be responsible for advising and assisting clients with their commercial property needs, including office spaces, retail spaces, industrial properties, and more. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and properties in Dubai\'s dynamic real estate market. Responsibilities: Identify and understand client requirements for commercial properties. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties. Generate leads, build and maintain a client database. Negotiate and close property transactions on behalf of clients. Provide expert advice on property investment and market trends. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth property transactions. Stay up-to-date with market developments and industry trends. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing. (Fresher can also apply) RERA certification (preferred but not required). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
